Our hospice consulting service provides ongoing and PRN nutrition consultations for hospice care facilities and home health care providers. Our hospice care consultants are registered & licensed dietitians familiar with end of life processes and can help families (and their care providers) understand nutrition care options during their most difficult times. We can calculate nutrition needs for Tube Feeds, Parental Nutrition and medical nutrition supplements, as well as provide resources for thickened liquids and mechanically-altered dysphagia diets, including the International Dysphagia Diet Standardization initiative or IDDSI.
